All Sports Camp

So recently, I've been taking a sports camp to get ready for Highschool soccer! Can't wait! We've been learning the "proper" way to run. Its supposed to make you faster if you do it correctly. :) We've also done a LOT of conditioning. (Obviously. ;) This is a conditioning camp to get you in better shape!) ;) We've done lunges, sit-ups, push-ups...and today weeven did training with the ladders you put on the ground! Very fun but very tiring!!!! In fact, I'm sitting at home right now SUPER sore! It's hurts to sit down and stand up. It escpecially hurts to go down stairs! ;D Oh well! That just means my body is getting into better shape! :D
