Catch Up!

Hey! I'm back! So I promised you an answer to this riddle:

A man jumps out of a window of a 20-story building. He falls all the way to the ground below, and lands on solid concrete with nothing to cushion his fall. The man gets up, still alive and completely uninjured. How is this possible?

But none of you answered :( Aw well! I suppose its either because I didn't give you enough time or I don't have enough followers haha. So maybe you could tell your friends about this blog haha. Anyway, enough rambles, here's the answer!

He was in a 20-story building, but he was only on the first floor!

Haha. I kicked myself for not thinking of this one. I was thinking stuff up like maybe he jumped onto a huge trampoline and landed in a net? Or maybe it wasn't real life and a 20-story building is like 1 story tall. Or maybe there was a huge thing of jellow at the bottom. ;) Haha I know weird and random.

So I for November 11, 2011 at 11:11:11a.m. I took a picture (well my mom took it of me ;)) for 11/11/11 11:11:11 :) I thought it would be fun after looking at one of my favorite blogs post on 11/11/11. (see here) And here is what I came up with :)

So like I said I recently had my first photography show for first Friday! I was super excited! I have probably had some of these pictures on my blog before but I wanted to show you the group I had shown. And here they are :) :
This Dragonfly actually flew right next to me and landed on the bush right beside me so...SNAP. :)

I took this one of a lamp but everyone in my photography club first thought it was a golf ball on a tee. :)

I took this picture of my kitty boy O'Malley. <3

This is a picture I took close up next to a tree looking into the leaves. Everyone in my photography club thought this one was dirt at first. ;)

This could possibly be my favorite. I didn't use any photo tools other than putting "Kenna Photography" on it! :) Isn't it pretty? I love the colors.

So I hope you enjoyed this and I would LOVE to hear from you. :) What were you thinking of for the riddle? Hows life? Do you like my pictures? :) Have a good rest of the week and so on! :)

and then there was snow....

When I woke up this morning, to the sound of birds singing to me from my window and squirrels and mice making me a dress, I didnt suspect anything. Nope! Just kiding! ;D hehe. I just woke up from my warm bed and outside there was SNOW! Can you believe it? Snow is here!...... Kinda makes ya wonder what kind of Winter is in store for us huh.... O.o
So ya know how we had all that crazy snow last year? Well I heard somewhere that if you liked last years Winter, you're going to LOVE this one...... oh boy.
Naturally, I got all bundled  up, snatched my camera up and went outside to take some pictures. Here's what I came up with:

I love all of the different things you can do in the winter! Building snow men/women, snowforts, sledding, snowball fights, drinking hot chocolate! etc..... So much fun! What are some of your favorite things to do in the winter? Do you have any family traditions you do during winter time? Let me know! I love hearing from ya! Oh and dont forget to follow me and tell all your friends! ;)

Fall is here!

The leaves are falling and there is cold chill biting at your nose. Fall is here! The other day, my photography club and I all went out walking and took pictures of all the leaves. It was super fun and super pretty. Especially when the sun shines through the leaves, illuminating each and every one of them. :)
Here are the results! :D

I absolutely love the smell of fall. It just has that distinct smell! I guess it could be the leaves but to me its just... Fall! ;) hehe

I'd also like to say Welcome to my blog! Those of you who are just checking it out! I encourage you to stick around, join the club. ;) Follow me, comment, what eva' ya want! :D Thanks for coming! Come back sooooon ;)

Wowwie! Early Christmas list. ;)

I was checking out some videos on portrait photography yesterday when I came across someone who was talking about using Lensbaby lenses. They were talking about how they loved the diversity and that these lenses where perfect for taking senior photos. So, interested, I decided to look these babys up (no pun intended haha).

You can check the website out here.

I instently fell in love with these wonderfull lenses! I love how much control you have over your picture and how different each one looks! After I looked at some of the pictures people have taken with these lenses I knew these lenses where going on my christmas list!

The photo gallary can be seen here. I escpecially love the double glass optic portraits but they are all REALLY awesome!

I guess I gotta start saving now! :D Or I guess I could wait 'till Christmas and ask for them as a gift....but that seems so far away! ;) Hehe

So what do you think of the lenses? Have any of you used these lenses before? Give me your feedback! I love to hear from ya!
